Many of the European member states are bringing forward their GreenDeal objectives to advance the transition to a circular plastics chain.
It is of great importance for European producers to switch to recycled feedstock as soon as possible. What was initially stated in the GreenDeal: 30% CO2 reduction by 2030, has already been brought forward by several member states with a number of years.
We recycle material from a great variety of industries, therefore we offer a wide collection of reprocessed PVC. Plasticized PVC

Rigid PVC

Powder
The powders we process come from a variety of sources. Not all powders have had the same treatment with us. We process a lot of floor sweeps, where offcuts are screened and converted back to powders that can be reused. Some loads were one-offs due to wrong sourcing, unsaleable, etc.

Plastisol & Condensed Plasticizer
We are the first processor in Europe with a plastisol kitchen. We have the ability to process the collected plastisol into new compound. We can extract the solvent released when cleaning the extruders and, if necessary, add virgin powder or plasticizer to create the right viscosity.
During extrusion, plasticizers escape from the plastisol. These precipitate in the cold tubes of the extractors and can be collected. it is similar to a distillation process. The plasticizer collected is pure and can be used immediately to produce new plastisol or soft PVC.
