Plasticized PVC

Although we receive continuous supply from a large number of sources, we also process one-off badges, think of production errors, items that were not sold, etc. The images we showcase on our site are examples of materials we process, some are continuous, some were one-offs.

  • Plasticized PVC as regrind of pellets
  • A great variety of shores
  • Single-, mixed colored and different shades of transparencies

Powder

The powders we process come from a variety of sources. Not all powders have had the same treatment with us. We process a lot of floor sweeps, where offcuts are screened and converted back to powders that can be reused. Some loads were one-offs due to wrong sourcing, unsaleable, etc.

  • Available in white and grey
  • Both suspension and emulsion are available
  • Wet and dry grades are available

Plastisol & Condensed Plasticizer

We are the first processor in Europe with a plastisol kitchen. We have the ability to process the collected plastisol into new compound. We can extract the solvent released when cleaning the extruders and, if necessary, add virgin powder or plasticizer to create the right viscosity.

During extrusion, plasticizers escape from the plastisol. These precipitate in the cold tubes of the extractors and can be collected. it is similar to a distillation process. The plasticizer collected is pure and can be used immediately to produce new plastisol or soft PVC.

Two interesting choices

Commonly asked questions

Can I have a sample?

Yes off course! It’s our pleasure. Please let us know what you need, or better, what you produce? We can advise you the right type of PVC.

Please drop us a request!

What packaging is used?

We move most of our product in jumbo big bags stuck euro pallets.  Except for plastisol and plasticizer, that’s moved in IBC’s or barrels.

Can I still buy scraps, and process it in my own factory?

Our first feeling says no, we take our work very seriously and want to supply high-quality PVC materials, which is why we prefer to keep processing in-house.
But we understand, especially for manufacturers with kitchens and recycling facilities under their roof, it is easier to buy scrap.

  • Producers outside Europe | For transboundary movement of PVC scrap outside of the European Union, a notification procedure will have to be set up between our companies. This is possible, but it is a costly and time-consuming process.
  • Producers within Europe | We can ship using an Annex VII.
